The daily loop

Every session adapts.

  • Athlete resting between sets in a dark gym

    Check in first

Before each session you rate how the injured area feels and flag any symptoms. If something is off, choose Rest today and pick it back up tomorrow.

  • Gym or home

Tell Rebound what you have. Sessions swap exercises to match a full gym, dumbbells or just bands.

  • Effort, not pain

After each session you rate the effort on the Rebound Scale. Loads go up only after two clean sessions in a row.

  • Red-flag alerts

Report instability, sharp pain, or swelling that will not settle, and Rebound pauses the session and points you to your provider.

  • Before you start.

Rebound is built for athletes who have finished formal physical therapy after an injury or surgery and are ready to train on their own.

    • Finished formal physical therapy
    • No swelling at rest
    • Full or near-full range of motion
    • Walking and everyday movement without a limp or support
    • No new or worsening pain, swelling or instability

Whatever your game is.

The founder's story

Rebound was bornfrom a player.

Ana spent her life on a court. Tennis. Pickleball. Padel.

Then one bad landing, and everything stopped.

A torn ACL. Surgery. Months of physical therapy. And right as the hardest part of the climb began, her insurance ran out. No program. No bridge. No way back to the game she loved.

So she built one.

With an orthopedic doctor and a physical therapist beside her, Ana built the path she had been looking for. Rebound is that path. Now it's yours.

Questions, answered.

Straight answers. Still unsure? Let's talk.

No. Rebound starts where PT stops. Your surgeon handles the surgery, your PT handles rehab, Rebound carries you from discharge to return-to-sport. It's a fitness application, not medical care.See how it works
